Music Videos
Every video starts with the music itself — understanding its structure and emotion before a single shot is planned.

Two decades as a music journalist, critic and editor — discovering what turns an artist into a name, and a song into a hit. An M.A. with a research thesis on Jewish music. Today I bring that same ability to read an audience to directing films, music videos and commercials.
A selection of recent projects — each one a world of its own.
A personal, from-the-heart music video — a father-and-son story built end to end: script, visuals, composition and editing.
An independent spec commercial about the quiet moment a cup of coffee creates in the middle of a loud, busy day.
Step inside to see why I made this without a clientA cinematic celebration of color, motion and tradition woven into a single story.
Step inside to read and see behind the scenesA short commercial turning an everyday waffle into a cinematic, sensory moment.
A music video built around one visual idea — a child who believes there's no air — told in one consistent cinematic language for story and music.
Step inside to see how the idea was bornA stunning animated lesson about the walls of Jerusalem, past and present.
Step inside how this world was builtAn AI-vocal cover from "Netanel and the Machines," ahead of the High Holidays — about growing closer, not starting from zero.
Step inside the idea behind the film
“Technology creates pixels. Story creates emotion.”
Before I ever picked up a camera, I spent twenty years studying one thing: what makes an audience connect. Records, rehearsals, artists who became hits — and artists who didn't.
For more than two decades I've lived inside the world of music and media. As a journalist, critic and music editor, I learned to listen before I judge — to look for the real moment beneath the production, to find the story hiding between the lines, and to understand what actually stays with an audience after the last note fades.
That habit never left me when I moved into video. If anything, it deepened. When I sit down to direct a music video, a brand film or a commercial, I start in exactly the same place: listening. Understanding the person in front of me, the message they want to carry, and the story that's actually worth telling.
Today I create and direct films and music videos, and the process now includes newer tools like AI. To me, it isn't magic and it isn't the point — it's simply another tool in the kit, the same as a camera, a lens or an editing timeline. What actually decides the result is the story, the emotion and the truth behind them.
In the end, people don't remember which technology you used. They remember how you made them feel. So every project I make starts at the same point my own journey did — with listening. Because a good film doesn't begin with pressing record. It begins with a story worth telling.
Every discipline below starts the same way — listening, thinking and shaping a story before a single frame is shot.

It varies by project — a short music video can take a few weeks, a more involved piece longer. On our first call I can give a more precise estimate for your specific scope.
Every project starts with listening — understanding you, your audience and the goal. From there: research and inspiration, building the story, creative direction, production and delivery of a polished result.
Music videos, commercials, brand films and animation — for singers, brands, educational organizations and nonprofits. Every project is different, but they all start at the same point: a story worth telling.
AI is a tool in my kit, the same as a camera or an editing timeline — not the point in itself. It lets me produce a cinematic vision even without budget for a full crew, but creative direction, story and emotion always come first.
Absolutely. Alongside music videos for artists, I create commercials and brand films for companies, and educational content for organizations and nonprofits. The approach is the same on every project — listening comes first.
